Go to First Am and look for transaction records.

Type the Property Address here on the form and who did the search.

It will redirect to Homebot Value Search.

Search the Property Address and type the email address of the owner/who will send the report. Then, click Go.

Type the First and Last Name and year did they buy the home base on the transaction history. Then click Send Report.
